So, watch out: YOU'VE BEEN WARNED:
1. Chris Dredge aka Christopher Dredge (a large fat guy): liar, thief, impersonates a contracter: says he knows about plumbing and electric too. AND NO HE DOES NOT - barely got the framing to the house passed! and DO NOT give him your credit card!!! He comes off very pro, and sooo nice... I was burned thousands $$$$ and like a dummy, i took his "word". when he was confronted with his stealing, he said "i have a family to support, i have young kids...prove it." and so i met a neighbor who ALSO was using dredge and who ALSO got burned but couldn't prove it..... and then i met ANOTHER PERSON who was using this jerk and got burned too. But didn't have anything in writing. Yea, we are all a BUNCH OF DUMMIES so this is my warning to you: DONT BE A DUMMY. GET IT IN WRITING. CHECK BACKGROUNDS, DONT GO BY REFERENCES... I did. and the references were all lies (later i found out).
2. Greg Dredge, Chris Dredge's cousin who works with him. The one with the very hairy back and when i saw him last, a shaved head.. has bad tattoos too. He's a bully, and clearly, actually, looks like one.
3. Jeff Cornett: claims to be a contractor, but (maybe) has lost his license, or has claims against him in which he may loose his license. "Cornett Construction and Electric" 707-480-5812 Class B #676693 and 553944c-10. burns people in middletown and all the way down to Napa and Sonoma. Also chops wood for money . He has burned most everyone who has ever worked with him. Watch out, he's a real winner. If i was the owner of a place he was working on, I would be afraid that the worker might file a lien on my property for lack of payment. Uses his workers until he owes them their first paycheck (or sometimes he'll wait until the 2nd), then simply doesn't pay, and says "your no good. you didn't work". He knows the cost to take him to small claims isn't worth it and, there is always another smuck who will work for this JERK, and then, get burned, too.
4. Eden (forgot her last name but will post soon):
She's sooo pretty and nice! with the long hair to her knees! and WHAT A CON ARTIST: claims to be an attorney, but was not practicing ("taking a break" -- uh hummm and btw: then she later actually had the nerve to tell me she was on "suspension" from the CA bar because she had 2 drunk drivings. ha ha ha omg yes she said that). After a friend paid $900 for a "Will" that Eden made, I looked up her name, and sure nuf, she was never an attorney. I talked to quite a few people in Middletown who ALL TOLD ME THE SAME THING: "oH, EDEN IS AN ATTORNEY." they all believe it because she has been telling people that for years, but nobody has taken the time to go on the California Bar site and (try to) look up her name!!! ITS NOT THERE.
